1896 unusual commercial registered usage of Bavarian 5pf Postal Card uprated with Arms 5pf 10pf & 20pf to "Elopura/Nord-Borneo" with transit cds of Singapore (on face) & Labuan (poor b/s) and good b/s of the 'SANDAKAN' d/s in blue-black plus strikes of the rare 'UNKNOWN.' h/s (Proud #I2) in the same colour ink on face & reverse, returned through Singapore (cds again on the face). Very colourful and appealing. [Proud notes only one example of the h/s, in March 1894]
