Australia - Victoria: 1869 'COLONY OF VICTORIA/Miner's Right' (195x138mm) with printed 'FIVE/SHILLINGS' at upper-right, issued at Ballarat, typical folds & minor soiling. However, considering the document had to be carried at all times & produced on demand it is in remarkably fine condition. [NB: most miners rights that have been on the market date from much later. With the printed fee, this is generally unrecognised as an item of revenue stamped paper]
