Rodney Perry Certificate (2009) states "...extremely rare, Kellow mentions an unused block of 4...from which this is the right-hand pair" (and presumably the equal largest recorded multiple). [Gary Diffen's fine single sold for £5875 (2007): the catalogue stated only 6 unused examples are known including two defective pairs. Note the frameline is apparent between the units]
