EXPRESS DELIVERY: 1905 15c grey-green with Surcharge Inverted SG E6a, very lightly mounted, Cat £850. David Brandon Certificate (2000) that curiously shows the stamp to be mauve!!

OVERPRINTS ON GIBRALTAR: 1903-05 Wmk CA 5c to 2pta with Hyphen between 'n-c' of 'Agencies' SG 17c-23c, the 20c 1pta & 2pta are all in horizontal pairs, a few hinge remainders but the high values are very lightly mounted, Cat £1300+. A difficult achievement. (Qty 10)
OVERPRINTS ON GIBRALTAR: 1903-05 Wmk CA 10c dull purple/red with Watermark Inverted SG 18w marginal block of 4 with Plate Number '1', excellent centring, stupid ink notations in the margin doesn't detract from the superb quality of the stamps, unmounted, Cat £200+ (mounted).

OVERPRINTS ON GREAT BRITAIN Spanish Currency: '5 CENTIMOS' on ½d to '12 PESETAS' on 10/- (2, one used) SG 112 to 123 including all of the listed shades plus Harrison 2½d x2 SG 124/a & Somerset House '12 PESETAS' on 10/- SG 125, a few hinge remainders but most - including the High Values - are lightly mounted, Cat £635. NEW HEBRIDES (British)
1908 Overprints on Fiji 1d vertical pair the lower unit with the Overprint Omitted SG 2a, a little aged, Cat £7500. BPA Certificate (1994). One of the great rarities of Pacific Islands philately and the "Number One" item of the New Hebrides.. The misplacement of the overprint affected all 12 stamps in the fourth row of one sheet. However, it is now believed that at least two pairs have been identified as being from a second sheet. Sir Gawaine Baillie's pair - the upper unit missing the overprint, described as "fresh" - sold for £8625 at auction in January 2007. A similar pair to that item sold for $9200 at our auction of 11/7/2008."
1913 Auckland Exhibition ½d 1d (hinge remainder) 3d & 6d SG 412-5, very lightly mounted and the 3d & 6d are possibly unmounted, Cat £300+ (mounted).
1913 Auckland Exhibition ½d green SG 412 pair & block of 4 (the upper-right unit slightly damaged on opening) tied to an apparently commercial registered cover by Wellington cds, Lower Hutt arrival backstamp, a couple of minor blemishes, Cat £330 x2+. A handsome cover.
OFFICIAL STAMPS: 1907-11 'OFFICIAL' Overprints ½d to 5/- SG O59-67 with all listed shades plus 1d booklet pane SG O60a, mostly lightly to very lightly mounted or unmounted, Cat £700. (Qty 11 + pane)
OFFICIAL STAMPS: 1907-11 'OFFICIAL' Overprints Kiwi 6d bright carmine-pink marginal horizontal strip of 3 from the right of the sheet Imperforate Vertically SG O64a (CP #EO14gZ), the right-hand unit with Marginal Watermark Letters Only, hinge remainder on the second unit is of little consequence, under-catalogued at £700 ($NZ4500) for a pair. [Baillie £1092 for a pair]
