1902 1d(+1d) Reply Postal Card message-half to Holland with message dated "August 3rd", uprated with ½d tied by 'SHIP MAIL ROOM/AU3/03/PERTH WA - GPO' duplex.
No longer available
1902 1d+1d Reply Postal Card to London with message dated "12.1.03", uprated with ½d tied by 'FREMANTLE/ JA12/03/=W.A= - PO' duplex, intact. The ERU, being 6 weeks earlier than the PSAC's ERU of 1/4/1903. [The sender writes: "Isn't this a rummy idea. You detach reply card & return. I suppose the theory is actually back blox so that an out of the way squatter can reply at once without travelling miles to nearest Post Office..."]
1902 2½d blue EN4, to Holland with 'FREMANTLE' cds of 10OC08, 'AMSTERDAM' arrival b/s of 10-11/1908 & postman's 'B 430'-in-capsule h/s on the reverse, minor blemishes. Rare: possibly the finest used example of the six or so recorded. [Although printed in 1902, it seems that none were actually issued for some years. This example, the ERU, is more than two years earlier than the PSAC's ERU of 12/11/1910! Margaret Hamilton's used example to Canada - torn through the stamp - sold for $1955]
1902 2½d blue EN4, to Holland uprated with 3d tied by 'SUBIACO' cds of 31MR1910, rare large red/white registration label, Perth transit b/s of the same date & 'AMSTERDAM' arrival b/s, a bit spotty. A great rarity, being the only registered example recorded.
