2016 Adelaide Emergency Printing 30c Type A ('2016' printed 6mm from edge of stamp) strip of 5 - missing Two Kangaroos - with 'Adelaide 2016' Omitted from the Bounding Kangaroo design. The only example we have seen. [NB: At the GPO, these stamps were pre-separated into strips of 10, from which strips of the 6 designs were extracted. However, suburban POs were issued with strips of 5] ** NB: The "Morse Code Dots & Dashes" across the stamp with blank litoral prove it is the Inscription Omitted error **
2016 Adelaide Emergency Printing30c Type B ('2016' printed 7mm from edge of stamp) strip of 5 - missing Two Kangaroos - all with '30c Australia 2016' Disturbed as a result of the text having first been Printed Inverted & Albino in the same space! The only examples we have seen. [When inclined to the light, the albino impressions are very obvious]

C of A - First Day Covers
2016 Adelaide Emergency Printing30c Type B ('2016' printed 7mm from edge of stamp) set of 6 tied to a plain unaddressed cover by 'SALISBURY/ 1 /8JAN2016/SA 5108' cds. [In January 2016, the base letter rate was raised from 70c to $1. A shortage of 30c values in Adelaide resulted in an emergency printing using an old Monarch counter-printing machine & remainder stock of 1994 self-adhesives. These were distributed only to the GPO & some suburban post offices in Adelaide & were on issue for only a few days, pending arrival of regular 30c issues from Stores Branch. No publicity for or notification of the issue was given & no examples were provided to the Philatelic Bureau or otherwise for distribution to New Issue Service clients. Usage on commercial piece has been recorded from 6JAN2016 but no covers from either the 6th or 7th. Collectors became aware of the issue on 8.1.2016 on which date a mere 16 "FDCs" were processed]
2004 Olympic Games$2 Peter Snell with the Laminated Lenticular Image Inverted CP #S918aZ, apparently commercially used but uncancelled, on the reverse remnants of the red envelope from which it was removed, Cat $NZ3000 mint; unpriced used. An extraordinary and bizarre error, and the only used example known to us. With a normal used example for comparison. [It's a surprise that such an idiotic production could even pass through the cancelling machines without being de-laminated, but the normal stamp proves this was possible]
1947 philatelic cover endorsed "Airmail/within USA" with Ball Bay 3d 4d & 5½d; 1959 airmail to New Jersey with rare albeit philatelic franking of '7d' on 7½d upper-right corner block of 4; 1975 South Pacific Hotel commercial advert cover to Holland with rare franking of diecut self-adhesive UPU 10c & 15c plus Convict-Era Buildings 1c 4c & 5c paying 35c rate; 1976 & 1978 commercial airmail covers to Germany or NSW with rare diecut frankings of Second Settlement 10c & 35c or Scouting Jubilee 20c (a little stained); also a parcel piece with Butterflies 50c $1 & $2.
