ENVELOPES - OFFICIAL:1918 KGV Sideface 1d carmine with 'OS'-of-Dots + ½d green with Solid 'OS' ACSC #EO5 for Deputy Commissioner of Maternity Allowances (Melbourne) to Malvern with Krag machine cancel of 17MR/1920 & Malvern arrival b/s of 18MR20, heavy vertical crease & associated minor tear at the top, Cat $2000. [The ACSC states "Approximately six used envelopes are recorded...between Dec 1918 & Oct 1919". This is therefore the LRD by some five months]
ENVELOPES - OFFICIAL:1918 Sideface 1d red with 'OS'-of-Dots + Sideface ½d green with Solid 'OS' ACSC #EO5 for Deputy Commissioner of Maternity Allowances, to Maryborough in 1919 from where redirected to Footscray, minor faults, Cat $2000.
WRAPPERS - STAMPED TO ORDER:1958 KGVI 3d green large format (225mm wide) ACSC #WS30 with OHMS heading & Victorian Education Department imprint, printed 'Commercial Papers' at U/R, ½d Roo punctured 'VG' added tied 'ALEXANDRA' cds. The domestic commercial papers rate was 3½d up to 2oz]

PUNCTURED 'OS': 1905-12 Crown/A Perf 11 20/- BW #N77b, very lightly mounted, grossly undercatalogued at $400. Rare: absent from the Colonel Evans, Jim Johnstone and Carrington (Mark Dankin) collections.
1903-11 Commonwealth Periodwith a selection of 'COMMONWEALTH' 9d including Crown/A mint Type A-B Pairs x8 (unlisted by Gibbons & the ACSC as se-tenant pairs) 1907-11 Crown/A to 2/- x6 (two mint) including ½d used block of 6 (must be rare), 1d Imperf strip of 4 (creased), 'OS' punctures to 1/- x5 including 1d with Double 'OS', Three-Perf Strips with ½d block of 30 with Grossly Misplaced Perforations, 1d blocks of 9 & 27 and a used strip of 3, 2d corner block of 9, 4d block of 30 (last two columns are Die II), 5d corner block of 6 & 1/- strip of 3, etc, condition a bit variable, Cat £5000+.

1903-06 Large ChalonsTypo 2/6d deep vermilion ACSC #Q53A (SG 270) mint & used x3 (two punctured 'OS'); and Litho Perf 12 5/- carmine #Q57 (SG 273) mint & £1 deep blue-green #Q64 (SG 274) mint & punctured 'OS' #Q64b CTO with virtually full o.g., Cat $1650 (£1200).
PUNCTURED 'OS':1906-10 'COMMONWEALTH' Crown/A Perf 11 9d brown & blue Type B ACSC #Q45Bb, well centred, indistinct cancellation, Cat $1500. Ex Bernie Manning: acquired at the Prestige auction of 13.6.2009 for $1667.
PUNCTURED 'OS':Mint 5/- (reversed) & 10/-, used 2/6d x3 (two reversed, the other in a most unusual shade) and CTO 2/6d & 5/-. Rare group: the 10/- is not listed in the ACSC which also doesn't record the reversed perfin varieties.
OFFICIAL STAMPS:Old-time collection on leaves mostly lower value material but with a few varieties noted plus a page of 'OS' & 'SA' perfins, the mint including Type 2 to 2/- x2, Perf 13 2d No Stop after 'S' SG O59b in pair, plus 'SA' perfins to 2/6d including 2½d block of 4, 5d block of 8, 3d 4d 6d 9d & 1/- pairs, etc, generally fine.

OFFICIAL STAMPS:OFFICIAL PUNCTURES: Mostly 'SA' range with mint including Thick 'POSTAGE' Crown/SA 6d, 9d x2, 5/- x2 & £1 and Crown/A 3d x3, 4d x2, 6d, 1/- x2, 2/6d bright violet & 2/- deep purple (a couple of faults). Scarce lot.
Stockbook with heavily duplicated array of 1d pinks & 2d yellows with many shades, multiples, 'OS' punctures, at least 50 commercial perfins, etc, lots of postmark interest, generally very fine.

PUNCTURED 'OS':1908-10 Small 'PAPUA' Watermark Sideways Perf 12½ 6d black & myrtle-green SG O25, well centred, light diagonal bend, Port Moresby cds, Cat £1400. RPSofL Certificate (2017) states the bend is horizontal!
