1948-56 Arms £2 green Authority Imprint block of 4 with Roller Flaw on the left-hand units ACSC #271zb, excellent centring, unmounted, Cat $1250.
C of A - Postal History
1964 large parcel piece (156x215mm) with remarkable franking of Arms £1 block of 6 (a rare multiple even off-cover) and Navigators 10/- strips of 3 & 5 tied by 'FREMANTLE/24AP64/WEST-AUST' cds, damaged in transit with 'FOUND/OPEN/IMPERFECTLY SEALED' label & 'Repaired by/Postal/Department' "sticky" tape.
JAMAICA: 1964-68 Pictorials 10/- Coat of Arms with Blue Printing ('JAMAICA' & Highlights) Completely Omitted SG 231a upper-right corner block of 4 with sheet number '316', unmounted, Cat £1800+. With a normal stamp for comparison.
TUSCANY: 1860 Coat of Arms 3L yellow-ochre Mi 23, margins just clear to close, strong colour, straight-line '[PER CO]NSEGNA' cancellation, Cat €70,000. George Buhler Certificate (1993) states "echt und in feiner Erhaltung!...eine Weltseltenheit!" (= is genuine in very fine condition...a World rarity). The certificate also says - translated - "has margins on all sides and deep colour...only very few remain in existence". Subesequently additional certificates were obtained from the Italian experts Enzo Diena (1994) who stated "it is genuine & a great rarity", and Georgio Cossa Asinelli (2009) who echoed his predecessors.

NORTH BORNEO: 1947 Cypher Overprints $5 vertical strip of 4, the third unit with Lower Bar Broken at Right SG 349a [R8/3], very minor toning as is often seen on this issue, unmounted, Cat £470+.

1909 4d long Registration Envelope to Germany via Australia with 'TONGA GOVERNMENT/FRANK' cachet in lieu of stamps, 'REGISTERED AT/NUKUALOFA, TONGA' cachet and 'NUKUALOFA/AU25/09/TONGA' cds on face, partial Sydney 'SP14' transit b/s, couple of minor blemishes & wax seal removed from back.
