STATE GOVERNMENT PUNCTURES: 1½d punctured 'OS/NSW' Upright single and Sideways single and block of 8 (4x2), all unmounted, and another single (small fault) + KGV ½d orange punctured 'OS' tied to Metropolitan Meat Industry Board cover - minor faults - by poor 'HOMEBUSH BAY ABATTOIRS' cds. Very scarce group. [It is disappointing that Geoff Kellow did not cover the State piunctures]

1913-14 Kangaroo 4d with 'Price Fourpence Halfpenny...' at Top Setting 1 ACSC #RE4A, 'TAMWORTH/NSW' cds and red & black RL, minor blemishes mostly on the reverse, Cat $400. Underrated.

1952 Scout Jamboree (Greystanes NSW) partly-handpainted cover of scout tents signed "E Wm Ogden" with Scout 3½d pair tied by hexagonal Jamboree d/s, unusually self-addressed (in pencil) by Ogden.

1942-50 Definitives 1d brown-purple pair tied to unsealed plain FDC to USA by 'LAMBTON/1JA43/NSW' cds, scarce ' 2/1 /PASSED/BY/CENSOR/ 12 ' Newcastle censor h/s, ACSC Cat $400.
1949-50 Coat of Arms 5/- red Imprint Pair tied to JC Thompson OHMS cover by Sydney cds of 11AP49.
RA KINGSTON: 1946 Peace set tied to cover with printed text by 'CHIEF PARCELS OFFICE/ 5 /18FE46/NSW' cds (rarely seen on cover), faint toning. Cover producer not recorded by Moore et al.
RN NOLAN: 1945 Duke of Gloucester set tied to generic cover overprinted with issue-specific text by Sydney cds of 19FE45, registered, a little aged; and a second example unaddressed but with faults.

Box with an interesting array including two small WWII correspondences, bundle of NSW 'relief' covers including registered 'ties', lots of Canberra/ACT content including numerous commemorative datestamps, 1930s covers to Prime Minister Joseph Lyons including from Belgium, New Guinea & Trinidad, two large PMG's Department pieces with different 'PARCELS POST' 'labels' printed thereon, other useful bits n pieces, condition variable.

1901 unused envelope with very fine 'GOVERNOR-GENERAL/[arms]/FRANK STAMP/AUSTRALIA' h/s in blue & embossed arms in blue on the flap. The only unused envelope we have seen.
1919 unfranked Swiss Consulate at Sydney cover to "Mr H Krischke" in the German Concentration Camp at Liverpool with 'FOR INTERNED CIVILIAN' h/s in violet, couple of minor blemishes. [Presumably contained a letter from Germany forwarded via neutral Switzerland]
1924 usage of 'THREE/HALFPENCE' on 2d red Letter Card ('MOSMAN'S BAY') to Sussex with Hobart Krag machine cancel with British Empire Exhibition slogan (very scarce from Hobart).
Covers accumulation 1930s-60s with a range of NSW & Queensland postmarks including on KGV frankings, lots of slogan cancels with thematic interest, some advertising, registered including 1945 'MULDU/QLD' with provisional label, official mail, stationery, etc, also range of off-cover KGV 1d reds with dated cancels, condition mixed but mostly fine.
Original album with lots of glamour, comic & greeting cards but noted better real photos including Australian WWI soldiers in uniform, early motorcycle & sidecar and hunting party with shotguns, also Australian Comforts Fund 1916 Christmas card, WWI silk, W Sandford Ltd (Lithgow), NSW blast furnace, tennis match, a few foreign including GB West Ham Infirmary real photo group, condition mixed but many fine.
1908 Visit of the American Great White Fleet comprising CB& Co x2, South Australia 'Australia Welcomes Americans 1908' and 1d Postal Card used, WP Series 'USS New Jersey' used in SA, Oceanic Post Card Co, hand tinted patriotic, F&J 'New Jersey' and 'Kansas' unused, condition overall very fine.
NEW SOUTH WALES: 1906-13 real photos of 'Liverpool 1906' of troops in uniform & two young lads, '3rd ALH - Part of Braidwood (NSW) Troop' (mounted soldiers) used Christmas Day 1906, 1910 'Area Officers Camp Albury...' panorama of tents & officers, and 'Liverpool 1913' of the Easter Camp after heavy rains, a few blemishes.
