Worldwide accumulation mostly pre-WWII on pages, in ancient Schwanenberger album and loose with 'little gems' such as Germany 1872 Arms ¼gr violet mint with original gum & 1933 Wagner set used, States, Danzig & Occupation issues, Netherlands 'International Court' overprints complete used & 1940 set x2 mint (some minor toning), USA with Columbus 15c fine used, also more modern noted Great Britain 1951 Festival set mint, plus a little postal history mostly German with 1920 Silesian Plebiscite values to 1 Mark on registered cover, 1930s Zeppelin flights x3, also China 1914 Kiautschou 2pf Yachts x2 tied 'TSINGTAU' cds, condition variable but many fine.
ROCKET MAIL: Mostly European collection of vignettes including M/Ss & a few tete-beche items plus covers from Austria, Belgium, France & the Netherlands, generally very fine. A colourful lot.

1925-30 Definitives all with Interrupted Perfs, some hinge remainders noted but generally lightly mounted with a few unmounted, STC €1100 approximately. Acquired at a Melbourne auction in 2002 for $730.
Collection including 1864 10c imperf (small thin) & 1868 with minor perf faults used, 1905 Wilhemina 2½g mint, 1922 Bandoeng Fair set (ex 2½c) mint, 1923 Jubilee set mint, 1948 Wilhelmina set unmounted, some shades & postmark interest; also New Guinea reasonably complete mixed mint/used including 'UNTEA' overprints, Suriname mostly used including 1900 '50 cent' overprint on 2½g brown & green, 1927 Marine Insurance overprints and 1945 Wilhelmina 5g & 10g, Antilles 1980-91 reasonably complete unmounted; generally fine, Cat £2500+.
1882 1882 7½c Postal Card to France with Weltevreden cds, superb strike of the rare French 'LIGNE P/ 3/JUIL/82/PAQ FR No 1' cds on the face, 'LIGNE N/28JUIL/82/PAQ FR No 9' transit b/s & 'MODANE A PARIS/4/AOUT/82' TPO transit cds in red on the face, Paris arrival b/s, minor blemishes. [The French Ligne P was a feeder service between Batavia & Singapore only. In almost every case, Raymond Salles illustrates and quotes a price or gives a rating for every marking. For Ligne P, he doesn't even provide an illustration, an obvious indication of great rarity]
JAPANESE OCCUPATION: Japanese Naval Control Area (Ambon/Amboina) '10/TIEN CENT' surcharge on 12½c Envelope with Anchor Handstamp on Wilhelmina values x10 to 1gld all tied by undated Amboina cancels, a couple of small defects, unaddressed. Ex Stuart Hardy: acquired at a Melbourne auction in 2013 for $690.
