1937 Cox Bros cover to Melbourne with blue & black/white 'VINIFERA/VICTORIA' registration label but with the KGV 5d uncancelled & struck on arrival with the long-redundant '1' "killer" (a very fine strike on the reverse).

1902 (July 2) usage of Victorian 'One Penny.' on 2d Letter Card Stieg #A12 (Cat $US300) to London (arrival b/s) with superb 'ARARAT/VICTORIA - 93' duplex partly obscured by ½d & 1d - added when it was realised at the post office that the addressee was overseas - & tied by another superb strike of the duplex, stuck but otherwise superb. [The UPU rate was 2½d for all overseas destinations]
1902 (July 23) cover to London with Queensland ½d & 1d pair tied by Rays '148' cancels, 'THURSDAY ISLAND' cds at lower-left. Superb! [The illustration is on page 20]

OVERSEAS: 1901 (June 5) triple-rate usage of NSW 3d Registration Envelope to Massachusetts uprated with NSW ½d green, 1d red & 6d orange tied by Rays '104' of 'NEWTOWN' (cds alongside), 'R'-in-oval h/s & oval 'REGISTERED/NEWTOWN NSW' d/s in rosine at lower-left. San Francisco transit & 'NEWT.CEN.MASS.RECD/ NEWTON STA' arrival b/s. [The rate was 2½d x3 + 3d registration = 10½d]
