1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition (San Francisco) multicoloured "Scene on Emu Creek" and green-framed views "Pearling Fleet Thursday Island", "Brisbane from the Observatory", "Crop of Table Grapes" (used in America in 1916 & rare thus), "Store Cattle at Tamrookum", "Examining Tobacco leaf", "Sheep Station Rodney Downs" & "Bending Broom Millett", unused. 1925 Murray (Gympie) real photo "Rocky Mail Disaster", a terrific photo showing damage to the railway line on the trestle bridge, wreckage of several carriages in the ravine, plus an array of workers, gawkers & a lone policeman, a few minor spots on the reverse, unused. Ex Coo-ee Picture Library. [The disaster occurred on 10.6.1925, south of Gympie, when the overnight mail train from Brisbane to Rockhampton was partly derailed. At the time, it was the worst railway disaster in Queensland, with 9 killed & 48 injured]

It shows the home village of Land Rights activist Eddie Mabo, whose claim to have title to "his land" went to the High Court, resulting in a massive win for Australia's indigenous population in their struggle for Native Title to be acknowledged] (Qty 45)

1909 real photo "Survivors Clan Ranald Wreck 31.1.09", unused. Ex Bronte Watts. [This was one of the worst shipwrecks in South Australian waters. Six Europeans - including the captain - & 34 crew members died. The 20 surviving seaman - all of various Asian origins - fell foul of Australia's then official "White Australia" policy; they were seized, handprinted & deported!]
