BAHAWALPUR - REVENUE STAMPS: 1940 Amir Recess Perf 14 2a plum, 8a orange, 8a green & 1r carmine, and Litho 8a green Perf 9 (corner example) and Perf 13½, some minor aging & a few minor blemishes. Only the Perf 9 8a is listed by Koeppel & Manners. There were no examples of any of this issue in the "Hyphasis" Collection. (Qty 5)
