Description: 1850 (June 26) small envelope to Sydney with a very fine vertical pair of Sydney Views Plate I (No Clouds) 1d reddish rose SG 3 [18/23] (margins just touching to good) tied by two fine to very fine strikes of Barred Numeral '3' of 'WINDSOR' (b/s), Sydney arrival b/s, a remarkably fine and clean First Issue cover. Peter Holcombe Certificate (1998) states "The pair shows a faint bounce double impression which is very noticeable at the top of the stamps. Vertical pairs on letter [sic] are extremely scarce".
