Description: 1943-45 Burma-Siam Railway POW group comprising three plain postcards from his mother & 3d Airmail Postal Card from his fiancée to Thailand with octagonal '[crown]/PASSED/P.W.2164' in rosine, 'PW5185' in red, 'P.U.61' in rosine or 'P.W.7579' in rosine; 1945 aerogramme endorsed "Ex POW Mail" with FPO 595 d/s used at Bombay; two different Red Cross "Welcome Home" cards & roneo'd Royal Welcome; and three 1947-48 Ministry of Pensions notices advising of entitlements, some soiling.
