Description: 1913 (Dec) registered use of American 2c Envelope uprated with 1c 2c & 10c tied by undated Pittsburgh cancels, light but obvious strike of the scarce 'HM CUSTOMS/PASSED/PERTH' cachet in rosine on the face, a little soiled. [Very early in World War I, the Customs h/s was used as a censor marking: only three examples recorded]
