Description: 1858 double-rate mourning cover to England with Emblems 4d dull rose (oily ink) SG 67 three singles (one is superb) tied by BN '5' of Ballarat (b/s), Melbourne transit b/s & London arrival cds of JY19/58 in red on the face, repaired tear at left & a couple of other faults still a handsome cover. A very rare franking. Ex Sir Chester Beatty, BD Forster, Rodney Perry & Ken Barelli. See "Stamps of Victoria" at page 118.
