Description: 1855-80 goldmining group with crowned-oval 'HEPBURN' d/s on 1855 piece, then seven covers (two - one a front only - are registered) with various Classic frankings including Woodblocks Imperf 2/- & Perf 12 2/-, scarce cds of 'EGANSTOWN', 'GAFFNEYS CK', 'KANGAROOFLAT' (one word) & 'YANDOIT' noted, all but one with various 'PD' (Paid to Destination) markings, rather scruffy but value at the estimate. [Priced by a European dealer for 1750] (Qty 8 items)
