Description: TWO PENCE SCARLET: 2d scarlet with prominent Kiss Print BW #103cb tied to cover to Canada by Melbourne slogan cancel of 15FEB/1935, minor repaired opening tear just clear of the stamp, Cat $500 (on cover). [The ACSC states "Two examples are recorded, on covers dated Melbourne 15.2.1935 or Ipswich (Qld) 17.2.1935". Such kiss prints are very unusual on KGV issues. However, they are a feature of the Kangaroos series where they have often sold for very high sums]
