Description: 1860 (Sep 27) Macartney cover with rare Three Issue franking of Emblems 1d x2, Beaded Ovals 4d & Queen-on-Throne 6d cancelled with very fine BN '1' of Melbourne (tiny b/s), to Queensland with largely very fine 'BRISBANE/=QUEENSLAND=' transit b/s & 'ROCKHAMPTON/OC14/1860/=NSW=' arrival cds unusually on the face, flap removed & minor blemishes. A cracker Queensland Provisional Period inwards cover.
