Description: 1854-55 Lithographs Imperf 4d pale blue SG 3 vertical strip of 3 [14/34/54] margins just clear - at the base - to large, the second unit with an ironed-out crease & the third unit thinned still of very fine appearance, Perth duplex of DE23/1864, Cat 600++. A very late and rare usage of a vertical multiple. Ex 'Besancon' (II).
