Description: Universal Postal Union allocation of stamps hinged to pages from an archival collection including 1854-55 Litho 4d (faults) & 1/-, 1860 Imperf 2d vermilion SG 25, 1861 2d blue SG 39 (trimmed perfs), 1864-79 CC 4d carmine, 6d mauve ('SPECIMEN' H/S) & 1/- yellow-green, 1888 New Colours 'SPECIMEN' set, 1885-93 'SPECIMEN' set (1d without handstamp), a few CTO with Perth cds, 1902 8d to 1 CTO with concentric-circles, & a few others. Ex Belgian Post Office Archives. [Most of the stamps have been soaked-off their original pages & therefore have little or no gum. Each page has official notations on the reverse] (Qty 38)
