Description: 1934 KGV d large stationery envelope (245x165mm) STO for McMillan & Co, London sent to Victoria with Australia-London Customs Duty 'ONE/CENT' on d red & brown overprint pair on face tied 'CANCELLED' cachet, plus Royal Institute of International Affairs cover with 'TWO/CENTS' on 1d gold & blue and un-overprinted d 'mixed franking', 1935 with 'THREE/CENTS' on 2d green & orange and 1937 with 1d gold & blue all similarly tied on face of large covers, a few minor blemishes. Apparently stamps overprinted in US currency were surplus to requirements and were sent back to London to be used up there. (Qty 4)
