Description: 1929 uprated 1d Postal Card used as an Around the World card with message in Esperanto, sent to Russia, then to Algeria, then to Japan & finally returned to Melbourne, with all the appropriate stamps & postmarks. A very late example of this whimsical practice that was routinely suppressed by postal authorities.
