Description: 1921 (Oct 3) window envelope with Chicago Telephone Co "corner card" locally used with rare franking of 1920 Offset Imperf 2c Washington Type VII (Scott #534B) tied by Chicago '8' machine cancel, Cat $3500 on cover. Gordon Nowell-Usticke expert opinion (1957), being a handwritten reply to Boston dealer Jack Molesworth. The stamp has large margins at top & base but is close at right and just touched at left. Molesworth was suspicious of the side margins & a gap between the margin at right and the wavy lines of the machine cancel. Usticke stated "...this is absolutely OK Type VII Imperf.
