Description: 1854-55 Lithographs Imperf 4d pale blue/blue group SG 3/3a, mostly with full margins though close in places, includes a lower-right corner example, one very deep over-inked shade (a little cut-into at top), three with Pre-Printing Paper Folds, and one with 'WEST' Compressed & Pointed Foot on 'F' SG 3j (Cat 1100), various cancels, Cat 3000+ minimum. One with Pinchot [who!?] Certificate (1988). (Qty 12)
