1908 Georgetown Provisional Surcharges '2½D' on 4d brown & blue SG 35, very lightly mounted, Cat £1700. Brandon Certificate (carelessly undated). Only four sheets - 480 stamps - were prepared, after which the handstamp was destroyed by the local Inspector of Police JH O'Sullivan. [Maisel $2645]
