Description: 1864 cover front to France with very scarce three-colour franking of 1d vermilion (faults), 3d brown & 6d apple-green, poor cancels, two strikes of the 'POSS ANG V SUEZ/MARSEILLE' cds & 'PD' h/s both in red, the 3d tied by 'PAYS ETRANGER/MARSEILLE' cds also in red, minor soiling.
