Description: World War II covers with censor labels comprising red/white '[Coat of Arms]/OPENED BY CENSOR' KM#L1A (rated 5) on Feb & Sep 1941 air covers to Ireland; similar but unrecorded 84x10mm text, stamp removed & cover opened-out for display; 'OPENED BY EXAMINER' as KM#L3 with unrecorded 86x4mm text tied by 'DG/105' KM#C6 (rated 8) of Rangoon; and typed 'P.C.90./OPENED BY EXAMINER' KM#L4A (rated 10) tied by 'DG/9' KM#C6 (rated 9) of Mandalay & octagonal '[crown]/PASSED/DGC 1' of Rangoon; and cachets comprising octagonal '[crown]/PASSED/DGD 1' KM#C4D (rated 9) of Lashio on Nov 1945 OAS cover to GB; small octagon 'DGB 2' (in black) & similar 'DGB 3' & 'DGB 10' KM#C5B (all rated 4) of Rangoon, the last two on registered OHMS covers; and boxed 'DGA 2/CENSORSHIP' as KM#C7A2 but unrecorded for Akyab, rather dessicated.
