Used blocks of 4 (mostly) to 8 including 1d yellow, 1d pink SG 103, 'Half-penny' on 3d, 1885-93 5d 6d & 1/-, 1898-1907 1d perf 'PWD' & 6d, Crown/A 2d with complete 'KURRAWANG/WESTERN AUSTRALIA' cds in green with the year inverted!, etc, also 1864-79 1/- pair & 1d SG 82 strip of 3 with a complete strike of the '80-80' duplex. Scarce group of multiples. (Qty 25 items)
Mounted duplicated selection of private perfins with 10 different types noted. Scarce little lot. (Qty 58)
Mint remainders unsorted in a packet with values noted to 2/- & many blocks to 1/-, bound to include some "goodies", many are unmounted.
Remainders on stocksheets with numerous better items throughout and just screaming out for lots of tender loving care. We noted 1854 4d unused & used (3) and 1/- used (2), 1861 Imperf 2d vermilion unused marginal pair & 6d used, Middle Period issues to 1/- with some varieties noted, lots of 3d browns, Surcharges mint & used plus some mint blocks, 1885-93 2d grey mint block of 24 with perf separation & reinforcing, and a smattering of CofA period issues. The condition is quite mixed but there are bound to be lots of little nuggets here. (Qty 350+)
Remainders on album pages & Hagners with lots of pickings including 1854 Litho 4d (5), 1861 Perkins Bacon very fine mint 2d blue noted as Ex Chadwick, 1864-79 6d shades including indigo-violet x3 & 1/- sage-green x5, 1888 New Colours 4d mint pair & used x4, a nice lot of later low values in used blocks, Postal Fiscal Long Types mint 1d block of 4 3d & 6d plus used 3d & 6d pairs, Telegraphs 1d used & 6d mint, a couple of pages of watermark varieties, some numeral cancels etc, condition variable. (Qty 500 approx)
The "floor-sweepings" with lots of variety crammed into packets and stockcards, including some better values and lots of postal stationery cutouts. Don't write this lot off too quickly: this is where most of the rare perf varieties were hiding and there's always the chance that we've missed some. (Qty 250 approx)

Scrappy remainders with some early stamps in dreadful condition, useful selection of postmarks with numerals, letters-in-bars & TPOs, revenues, and some unrelated covers & PPCs.
Select group with an attractive 4-margin Penny Black, 1861 6d SG 42 mint & 1/- SG 43 unused, No Wmk 1d unused, CC 4d SG 56 & 6d SG 57 both unused, 'Half-penny' on 3d used pair, V/Crown 9d Watermark Upright SG 122a mint & 10d unused block of 8, Crown/A 4d 5d 8d & 9f all unmounted, Perf 11 2d used & 5d unmounted, 'ONE PENNY' on 2d mint block of 8 with Double Perfs, etc, also parcel pieces with 6d 1/- & 2/6d, 10d pair & 2/6d, & 1d 2d x3 & 1/- cancelled at 'SINGAPORE'. 1854 Recess 1d black SG 1 horizontal pair with almost three margins & part of the adjoining unit at right, just shaved in places, and 4d pale blue SG 3 with full margins, tied to small piece by void-grid cancels, small faults, Cat £580++.
1854 Recess 1d black SG 1 selection on an album page, at least 8 have full margins, several others are large three-margin examples & a few have parts of adjoining units, some faults but generally an attractive group, Cat £5800. Rarely available in this quantity. Estimated at only $34 each! (Qty 29)

1854-55 Lithograph 4d pale blue SG 3a horizontal pair, good to large margins despite the transfers being mis-aligned, unused, Cat £600+.
1854-55 Lithograph 4d blue SG3a, an enormous example from the lower-left of the sheet, crisp 15-bars '1' cancel of Perth, Cat £180. [This stamp is common unused. Fine used examples are scarce]

1860-64 Printed in the Colony from Perkins Bacon Plates Imperf 4d deep blue SG 27, margins close to huge, the light cancel is more evident under ultra-violet light than to the naked eye, Cat £1700. [A rare stamp used, with less than 20 examples recorded. Bidders are invited to request an extension to obtain an expert certificate]
1860-64 Printed in the Colony from Perkins Bacon Plates Imperf 6d sage-green SG 28, margins close to large with part of the adjoining unit at base, Cat £400.
1861 Perkins Bacon 4d imperforate plate proof marginal block of 4 from the left of the sheet, in dull claret on ungummed unwatermarked paper. A lovely item. [The 4d colour proof sheet was rejected, with an instruction to make "a much greater distinction between the 4d and 1d stamps". Dr Walkley's non-marginal block of 4 sold for $1840 at our auction of 14/4/2005]
