Australia: Gerald King "phantom stamps" including Australia to £1 in the design of the 1911 prize-winning "Baldy" Kangaroo essay (BW #E41) with bi-colours & sheetlets, Western Australia bi-colours to £2, and 19th Century Australian Colonial designs with various portraits of Queen Elizabeth II inserted.
