1929 Kookaburra 3d pair taken from a M/S (lower-left corner sheet postion) tied to 'INTERNATIONAL PHILATELIC EXHIBITION' envelope by a typically light strike of the Exhibition '29OC1928' cds in green BW #133MSwa, some light tonespots. The first example of the green cancel we have seen on cover.
1955 Sir Colin McKenzie Sanctuary illustrated cover (koala) with QE 3½d & scarce 'HEALESVILLE SANCTUARY/15NO55/VIC-AUST' Opening Day cds.
1956 Olympics set of 52 unaddressed covers each with a single 4d adhesive each tied by a different pictorial cds, Olympex cover with complete set and a 10d commemorative aerogramme both with similar 12NOV1956 Torch Bearer cancels in red; also three 1955 Clifford Park Scout covers; condition generally fine. 2009 First National Philatelic Pub Crawl cover (230x162mm) with 'P' stamps featuring a full beer glass ('RAISE THE ROOF...') & then a skulled (empty) glass ('I SURVIVED...') tied by the infamous 'ONE/BASTARD/FIRKIN' pictorial datestamp, signed by noted philatelic imbibers including Martin Walker, John Walker, Arthur Bergen, John Bell, David Figg, Steve Meharry and Richard Breckon.
