1941 stampless cover to Jerusalem (arrival cds) with OHMS address label tied by scarce 'CUSTODIAN OF ENEMY PROPERTY/GOVERNMENT/OF/PALESTINE' cachet in red.
1941 stampless cover to Switzerland with fine 'SERVICE OF/PRISONERS/OF WAR' h/s & superb 'Service Prisoners/of war. Camp No 11' h/s plus boxed 'PASSED BY/CENSOR 1' h/s all in violet, Perth slogan cancel. [POW Camp No 11 was at Harvey, WA]
1942 commercial air cover to Sydney with 3d brown pair cancelled with straight-line 'HMAS MELVILLE' h/s of the Darwin Shore Station, three further strikes on provisional Registration Label & the reverse, endorsed "ECJohnson/HMAS Platypus" on the back, light horizontal fold.
1943 use to Germany of POW 1/- Air Letter from a German POW at the tiny logging camp at "Graytown near Nagambie" (endorsed on reverse). [The sender, Alfred Fischer, survived the sinking of "SMS Kormoran" by "HMAS Sydney" off the WA coast on 19/11/1941]
1946 use to Germany of three stampless POW lettersheets (different sub-types) from a German POW at Murchison (Vic), each with 'P.W.GROUP, MURCHISON' h/s (one with serifs) on the reverse. [The sender, Heinz Eisenmenger, survived the sinking of "SMS Kormoran" by "HMAS Sydney" off the WA coast on 19/11/1941]
