Inwards PPCs including from Italy x2 (one with a stamp removed) to a railway engineer in Tsingtau both forwarded to New Zealand; Germany x3 to Tsingtau with two different arrival cds; NSW x2 to Peking both taxed; Victoria to Peking; USA to Manchuria with 'HARBIN' arrival b/s; France x2 to "Kailan Mining Administration/Luisi via Tientsin" both with 'TIENTSIN CHINE/POST FRANCAISE' arrival cds; condition variable.
PPCs from Foreign Post Offices including British from Canton x3 (one of 1902 with QV 2c green x2), Shanghai x7, Tientsin & 'WEI-HAI-WEI' (address erased); Japanese from 'SWATOW/IJPO' (stamp removed); French x3; German x3 (one a stampless Boxer Rebellion usage); Kiautschou x2; Russian; & American; condition variable. 1899 German PPC ('Chinese Beauties'; portraits of dozens of women) with Hong Kong 2c pair (small fault) tied by British 'SHANGHAI' cds & Coiling Dragons 4c tied by Chinese cds, 'HONG KONG' & French 'LIGNE N/PAQ FR No 1' transits & 'MODENA' arrival d/s, minor blemishes.
1904 Sietas & Co (Chefoo) partly-embossed PPC of Chefoo Harbour with Coiling Dragons 2c pair, various transits including 'SHANGHAI/IJPO' cds in violet & 'SANTIAGO/CHILE' arrival cds, minor blemishes. Excellent destination.
1906-12 PPCs (some better views) all with Coiling Dragon frankings including Overprints, to Australia x6, Austria, Belgium, France or USA x6, three to USA with 'SHANGHAI/IJPO' transits, some minor blemishes.
1908 PPC 'Yokohama from the Hundred Steps/...by Karl Lewis...' with message headed "Yokohama/Oct 20 08", to NSW with Coiling Dragons 4c tied by 'AMOY' cds of 1NOV/08. [Message from an American sailor aboard USS Louisiana of the Great White Fleet]
1946-48 airmail covers to UK with wide variety of Sun Yat-Sen, Martyrs and other frankings, many overprints including a couple of Train Revenues, a few commemoratives, etc, some registered and one to Western Australia endorsed "Sample of no commercial value" with 'CUSTOMS' cachet, condition variable but mostly fine.
1966 registered cover to Nepal with Lu Hsun SG 2329-2331 plus Machinery 22f SG 2311 & 8f Roadsweeper SG 2316 tied by 'LASA' (Tibet) cds. [Sold at our auction of 24.11.2018 for $373]
1980s to recent commercial covers with variety of commemorative & definitive frankings, destinations include USA, Germany and quite a few to Romania, some single frankings, plus two documents with 1950s overprinted revenues, condition variable but generally fine.

POSTAL STATIONERY: Postal Cards Junk 1c green unused & used 1915 from 'PEKING'; 1c orange used 1923 with Junk ½c & 1c added tied 'PEIPING'; 1½c blue used with 'WUCHANG' cds; 2c green used x2 one with Junk ½c added and 'HANGHSIEN/SHANGHAI' arrival (minor staple holes); and 4c red with Sinkiang Province overprint unused; also Shanghai Local Post Wrappers 1c 1½c & 2c and Postal Cards 1c brown & 2c violet plus same with '1843 1893/ Jubilee' overprints in red all unused, condition variable but mostly fine.
POSTCARDS: Bundle of cards with many better subjects including Occupations, Military, Chinese Buildings etc, Nanking group, a few with stamps - including a few Coiling Dragons - affixed & CTO'd but all unused, generally fine to very fine. A very good lot.
POSTCARDS: Belgian x8 & Italian x12 missionary cards with some terrific studies of occupations, craft, groups of children, etc, unused.
