Ex-dealer's stock in two albums with QV-KGVI mostly used and mint decimals to 2010 including se-tenant strips and M/Ss, annotated with SG numbers. Retail stated to be $5900+.
Mostly mint decimals in two Springback albums including Machins, Castles, £10 Britannia, M/Ss, Greetings booklets, Framas, Regionals, Jersey with war occupation issues and QV-KEVII Officials including 'GOVT/PARCELS' to 1/- orange and Jubilee 1/- green, condition variable.
QV-QEII in album with 1d black with close margins x2, imperf & perf 1d 'Stars', 1d plates almost complete to Plate '212' used including unused Plate 174 block of 6, Surface Printed to 2/- blue plus 1882 5/- Plate 2 SG 127 and Plate 4 SG 134, 1873-80 6d Plate 17 (Cat £950), unused £1 brown-lilac SG185 (tear), KGV Seahorses to 10/-, Wembleys (both) * etc, condition variable, high catalogue value.

"Discovering Seahorses" by Brian Kearsley, 300pp hardbound with more than 160 varieties illustrated plus complete plating of GB and overprinted issues.
1840 "Penny Black" 1d black (shades) from Plates 1a, 1b, 2, 4, 5, 6 (two states, the first is badly thinned, the other with a light crease), 7, 8, 9 and 10, all with full margins tho some are a bit close in places, generally fine, Cat £5000+. With the vendor's notes about distinguishing the various plates.
1840 "Penny Black" 1d grey-black from Plate XI, margins close to good, Maltese Cross cancel in black, Cat £4600. RPSofL Certificate (1973) with the Royal's invoice for £3.58p! A scarce stamp, missing from most GB collections.
1841 Imperf penny red 'Stars' SG 8-10, all with Maltese Cross cancels, many different types of M/C cancels, Ivory Heads etc. Good plating opportunity.
1867-80 Spray of Rose 2/- deep blue SG 119, very well centred and with rich colour, extremely fresh with very lightly mounted almost full o.g., Cat £4700. BPA Certificate (2009). A superb example of this rare stamp.

1880-83 Imperial Crown 2½d blue SG 157 Plate '22', excellent centring and colour, Cat £425. BPA Certificate (2012) for what was a block of 6
1973 Machins 3p ultramarine marginal imperforate vertical pair SG X855b, unmounted, Cat £375.
1988-2003 mint in bulging Lindner (64 page) and Lighthouse stockbooks with singles, gutter pairs, self-adhesives, Machins to £5, Castles including 1988 gutter blocks of 4 to £5, M/Ss, booklets including '1st' '2nd' & 'E' No value indicated, se-tenant strips, £10 Britannia etc, unmounted. Postage opportunity.
BOOKLETS: Album of Decimal issues with a few "prestige" types including £1 Wedgewood, etc, STC £1200+.
OFFICIALS: 1902 KEVII 'GOVT/PARCELS' 1d to 1/- (minor crease) SG O74-78, mostly well centred, a couple of minor bends, full unmounted o.g., Cat £2575+ (mounted). As fresh as they come. Pinchot Certificate (1986) for the set states "very rare in never hinged condition", plus PTS Expertising Certificates (2015) for the 9d & 1/-.
OFFSHORE ISLANDS: Seven massive albums of Alderney, Guernsey, Jersey & Isle of Man apparently all complete to the early-2000s including M/Ss & sheetlets, booklets & Isle of Man FDCs, the stamps are assumed to all be unmounted, STC £2000+. Thematicists will have a field day with this lot.
