7z 2d grey Die II with the Watermark Inverted 'CA' Monogram block of 6 (3x2) BW #7az with Retouched Left-Hand Frame & Shading NW of Map [1L55], very fresh but with a few minor tonespots, the upper units very lightly mounted, all lower units are unmounted, Cat $17,875++ (for the inverted watermark monogram strip of 3 including the variety and three singles being all mounted).

8z 2d grey Die IIA 'CA' Monogram block of 12 (6x2) BW #8z with White Flaws above 'ALIA'  #8g, the upper units very lightly mounted, all lower units are unmounted, Cat $4155++ (for the monogram strip of 3, the variety and eight singles being all mounted).
19(1)zh 6d dull grey-blue Plate 1 (No Jubilee Lines) TS Harrison Two-Line Imprint strip of 4 BW #19C(1)zh, slightly yellowed gum (not "toning"), unmounted, Cat $10,950++ (for an imprint pair and three singles being all mounted). [The ACSC states "The Harrison imprint on the 6d blue is perhaps the rarest imprint outside the bicoloured high values. At present  only three blocks of 4 can be confirmed". See also Lot 276920 ]
32(2)ze 1/- blue-green Plate 2 TS Harrison One-Line Imprint pair BW #32(2)ze, Cat $15,000.
Notwithstanding the ACSC comment in respect of Lot 18 this, not the 6d blue, is the rarest of all the non-bicolour imprints : the ACSC states that only one block of 4 - Ex Arthur Gray, sold in February 2007 for $US29,900 - is recorded. In fact, Stuart Hardy had a block of 8, that sold for $51,260.
37A 2/- brown BW #37A corner block of 4 from the upper-left of the sheet, a trifle aged still very fresh with excellent facial appearance, unmounted, Cat $10,000+.
37D 2/- deep brown BW #37D corner block of 4 from the upper-right of the sheet, a very attractive shade, the first unit with a minor natural paper inclusion that is visible only from the reverse, unmounted, Cat $10,000+.
44 5/- grey & pale yellow BW #44D marginal example from the top of the sheet, a couple of tiny natural paper inclusions that are visible only from the reverse, unmounted, Cat $2000.

48zd 10/- grey & deep "aniline" pink TS Harrison Imprint strip of 4 BW #48zd, the second unit very lightly mounted otherwise unmounted, Cat $14,000++ (for the imprint pair plus two singles, all being mounted). Ex Stuart Hardy.
52A £1 chocolate & dull blue BW #52A, well centred, a couple of slightly short perfs at left, Cat $3500. [Better centred & more attractive than Stuart Hardy's example - with a hinge remainder - that sold for $3145]
52a £1 chestnut & blue with the Watermark Inverted BW #52Ba marginal block of 4 from the top of the sheet [L5-6/11-12] with listed varieties Short Spencer Gulf BW #52(D)d [5 & 6], White Flaw to Left of Eyre Peninsula #52(D)e  & Broken Tail on Kangaroo #52(V)e , the left-hand units are lightly to very lightly mounted, the right-hand units are unmounted, Cat $41,000+ (as two mounted examples of the Inverted Watermark, plus two unmounted normal stamps). A very rare & desirable multiple, being all the more remarkable for the presence of a listed variety on each unit. Ex Stuart Hardy. [The ACSC states "...the surviving pieces include a mint block of 4 - this item - and a pair"]
52D £1 light brown & pale blue BW #52D vertical pair, well centred, 'INNISFAIL/18OCT20/QUEENSLAND' cds, Cat $4500+. A rare postally used multiple. Ex Stuart Hardy.
52x £1 light brown & pale blue with Type B 'SPECIMEN' Overprint BW #52Bx horizontal strip of 3, unmounted, Cat $6750+ (as singles). Ex Ray Chapman. [The ACSC prices a mounted block of 4 at $15,000]
53B £1 deep grey BW #53B corner block of 6 [R4-6/10-12] from the upper-right of the sheet, unlisted varieties Damaged Upper-Right Corner  & Nick at Top of Left-Hand Frame , a few slightly short perfs, minor gum disturbance on the lower units & in the upper margin, the upper units are unmounted, Cat $12,450+ (as singles). Ex TE Field, Jack Kilfoyle and Lord Leonard Steinberg. [Stuart Hardy's better centred but vertical block of 6 - two units unmounted - sold for $11,650]
53B £1 deep grey CTO with 'GPO MELBOURNE/VIC' cds BW #53Bw with unlisted variety Nick at Top of Left-Hand Frame (Advanced State) , well centred, some irregular perfs, Cat $750+.
53w £1 grey horizontal strip of 3, CTO with light but obvious strikes of the 'GPO MELBOURNE/VIC' cds BW #53w, Cat $2250+ (as singles). A rare multiple. Ex Stuart Hardy.
56 £2 purple-black & rose-carmine BW #56C, Cat $6000. [Far more attractive than Stuart Hardy's example - "fluffy" perfs - that sold for $4159]
56B £2 grey-black & crimson BW #56B with horizontal marginal watermark line at the top, gorgeous deep shade, well centred, tiny & trivial natural paper inclusion to the left of the value tablet (mentioned only for total accuracy), unmounted, Cat $17,500. A beautiful stamp.
