1857 large-part outer to "Co Westmeath/Ireland" with extraordinary franking of Imperf Diadems 8d golden yellow SG 97 x4 (three with four margins, the last with three margins, the first unit with minor abrasion at upper-right) tied by good to fine strikes of BN '23' of Wollongong, Sydney & London transit b/s & 'MULLINGAR' arrival cds on the face. Wow! Now for the bad news: the upper-left portion of the cover - presumably with other stamps - has been excised.
