Interesting selection with a sound 1d SG 1 (Amercian certificate) but the Imperf 2d & 6d have both been played with, useful range of other Small Chalons with unused/mint including 1d x4, 2d, 3d x2, 6d x2, 1/- grey & 'REGISTERED' orange-yellow plus imperf 2d 3d & 6d pairs (reprints or plate proofs), later mint with Charity duo plus 1d imperf colour trials x3 (no gum), 1907-11 Three-Perf Strips of 3 of the 1d 2d 3d 5d 6d & 1/-, Crown/A 2/6d 10/- & £1 plus 1895-97 perforated proofs of 4-Figures 2/- in pale green and 2-Figures 2½d x2 & 5d x4, also a page of 'SPECIMEN' Handstamps including Litho 5/- 1881 2/6d to 20/- & Large Chalons to £1. Inspection highly recommended.
Attractive collection from Small Chalons with a few better values, Large Chalons unused to £1 & used to £1 x3, Lined Background to 2/- x3, Two Corners 5d mint block of 4, Four Corners mint to 2/-, a page of Zigzag Roulettes, Crown/A 9d pair mint, 'OS' punctures to 1/-, etc, condition variable but most are fine to very fine.

1860-61 Small Star Clean-Cut Perf 14-16 3d brown SG 8, remarkably well centred, unused, Cat £750.
1868-78 Crown/Q 6d bright apple-green Imperforate block of 4 SG 92a, good even margins, unused, Cat £1400++. Rare & delightful! [Pairs appear regularly but very few blocks are recorded]

1882-91 Lined Background Perf 9½x12 2d blue SG 177 horizontal pair apparently imperforate between but with the central perfs misplaced to the right, a few short perfs at left, unused, Cat £1000+. A very rare multiple. RPSofV Certificate (2013). [Unused pairs sold for $1322 & $1092 at the Prestige auctions of 26/11/2005 and 13/6/2009]
CARRIER STAMPS: 1940s City & Suburban Parcel Delivery Bryce Ltd 6d blue rouletted label with 'J&OS' Imprint of Jackson & O'Sullivan at the base, affixed to the firm's undated parcel tag to "Ham" (= Hamilton), manuscript cancelled with the same blue pencil as used to endorse the address etc. Very rare "entire" & most attractive.
