1: 'UP/TRAVELLING/POST OFFICE/21DC74/VICTORIA/M.G.1' oval d/s (rated S) superb strike on OHMS circular with 'SOLICITOR GENERAL/FRANK/[crown]/STAMP/VICTORIA' sent from Melbourne to "Duck Ponds" & returned with barred numeral '181' and 'LARA/18DC/74/VICTORIA' unframed cds (ERD), couple of minor blemishes. Lara renamed from Hovell's Creek 19.11.1874 and used here within first month of renaming. TPO marker used on Ballarat-Geelong-Melbourne Line.
