Handy collection on Hagners with a selection of Barred Numerals including 15-bars '3' on very fine Penny Black, '20' of Champion Bay, '22' of Blackwood & '36' of Ludlow, 12-bars '25' of Lockeville & '27' of Bannister, datestamps including double-oval 'POST & TEL.../BAMBOO...' in violet, 'BLACK RANGE', 'DUKETON'.
